LEARN TO SHOOT

 

Learn to shoot safely and accurately.  The Precision Valley Fish and Game Association sponsors a marksmanship course for boys and girls ages 10 to 17.  The course is conducted by NRA Certified Instructors and will stress safe gun handling and marksmanship.

 

The program is the National Rifle Association Basic Rifle Marksmanship Course and participants will be able to earn certificates for Pro-Marksman, Marksman, Marksman First Class, Sharpshooter, Sharpshooter Bars One through Nine, Expert and Distinguished Expert.

 

Parental or guardian permission is required.  There is a nominal cost of $1.00 per session and the Precision Valley Fish and Game Association will provide the firearms and ammunition, as well as the certificates.  The course is held on Wednesday afternoons from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M.  at the indoor range on Reservoir Road and runs from mid October until April.
